Visual Novel News:
Shiravune have come out with another surprise visual novel announcement – Kamidanomi Shisugite Ore no Mirai ga Yabai will be released on January 21st 2021 on the Johren platform. It’s English title will be KamiYaba: Dicking Destiny on a Dicey Deadline.
KamiYaba: Dicking Destiny on a Dicey Deadline follows Hajame who has the self-proclaimed goddess of marriage appear before him. He learns that he needs to find his destined partner within a year or remain a virgin forever.
In other visual novel news, Full Metal Daemon Muramasa has officially been announced as not coming to Steam. It will come to GOG instead, as well as remain on JAST’s own store. A statement has been released a statement on why, but in short it was rejected by Steam.

Gaming News:
Kirby’s next big adventure, Kirby and the Forgotten Land is one fans are quite excited about, as it will be the first 3D platformer in the series! Nintendo recently released a new trailer for this highly-anticipated Switch title, showing off some of the new powers Kirby has at his disposal, as well as revealing that co-op will be included too! The trailer concluded with the release date of March 25th, just two days before the Kirby series’ 30th anniversary.

Game publisher Aksys Games are planning an online event highlighting some of their upcoming titles! The event will be taking place on February 17th at 10am PST, so expect not only updates on their upcoming games but new announcements too!
If you’ve been waiting patiently to start your adventure in the world of Final Fantasy XIV Online, you won’t have to wait too much longer. Square-Enix has confirmed that digital sales will resume for the title on January 25th, which was previously suspended after the unprecedented success of the fourth expansion, Final Fantasy XIV Online Endwalker.
Hatsune Miku is getting a brand new game, though details are pretty minimal as of now. What we do know is that it is a puzzle game called Hatsune Miku: Tsunageru Puzzle Tamagotori and will release for the Nintendo Switch.
Anime News:
One of the first announcements for the 15th anniversary of Toradora! was revealed, and it’s a brand new piece of art! This is notable because it was illustrated by the original artist of the light novel series, Yasu. This is the first in what’s set to be a number of announcements for the franchise that will be revealed throughout the year.
Upcoming Releases:
It’s been a long time coming, but the anticipated sequel to the iconic arcade sports game, Windjammers is ready for release this week! Instead of using a ball, hockey puck, or shuttlecock, players use a frisbee to shoot into their opponent’s goal, while also offering a diverse roster of 10 characters to pick from.
Windjammers 2 launches for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Stadia on January 20th.
