Visual Novel News:
Starting off on a sad note, Toffer Team has announced that they have lost access to the funds they raised via Kickstarter for LIP! Lewd Idol Project. Paypal has locked their account, with the reported reason being for ‘sexual services’. As many visual novels with adult content are funded by Kickstarter, this may serve as a warning to hold the funds in a bank account or elsewhere.
The first volume of this series can be brought on Steam and other platforms. Toffer Team still receive the proceeds from these sales.
On the topic of Kickstarters, One Spirit has recently become available to back. It is a coming-of-age visual novel set in an alternate timeline where the Cold War drags on into the 21st century. A key feature is that it states you can see the world through a cast of over a dozen characters.
