Primal Hearts (PRIMAL×HEARTS) includes a common route and four heroine routes. None of them are locked.
This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, and explain the situation regarding the patch.
Adult Content
You can buy the uncensored version of Primal Hearts on websites such as JAST USA. At the time of writing, a Steam version has been announced but no release date is available. It’s expected that a free patch will be available on Patch.Moe with the standard process of download the patch, open the archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract the various files into the install folder.
After completing each route, an additional short side story is unlocked which primarily consists of adult content. This can be accessed from the title screen.
Routes and Structure
Primal Hearts presents you with six choices. None of these changes which CGs are unlocked until the final choice, scenes do vary slightly based on choices.
The final choice is the only one that matters regarding selecting the route.
As a note, despite her appearing as an option in one of the choices, Michi Kozuka does not have a route.
Common Route Walkthrough

- Go for a stroll / Practice seduction (Choose either)
- Curry / Spaghetti (Choose either)
- Try running to the station (Norihiro Scene) / Go home (Michi Scene) (Choose either)
- Sera Kuragano / Yuzuki Komagata / Haruhi Tenjindaira / Kana Kanna / Michi Kozuka (Choose any of these)
- Komagata, I think… / Kuragano…? (Choose either)
You may wish to save after this choice.
