Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble offers a common route which branches into two further routes. Each of these two routes leads to two heroine routes and a side heroine route, for a total of six endings.
This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, and explain the situation regarding the patch. There is also a technical issue to watch out for regarding missing H-scenes, which is described below.

Adult Content Patch
If you have purchased the Steam version of Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble, you can download the free 18+ DLC via NekoNyan website.
Download the patch, open the .rar archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract data.xp3 and evimage.xp3 into the LoveTriangleTrouble install folder.
If you have previously played Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble without the patch, follow the guide below to delete the save data.
Alternatively, you can buy the uncensored version of Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble on websites such as JAST USA.
Missing H-Scene Issue
There is an issue on the Steam version where only some H-scenes such as Akane’s may not display correctly, while others do. This may be due to an issue caused by having a save file from the unpatched version before installing the patch.
Note: This will erase your save files. You may wish to use the ‘skip all’ option in Config/Dialogue to speed through any previously completed scenes after using this solution.
- Delete the savedata folder in the LoveTriangleTrouble folder. Access this by right-clicking on the game name in the Steam library, hovering over ‘Manage’, then click ‘Browse local files’.
- Right-click on the game name in the Steam library and choose Properties
- Turn-off ‘Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud’ for Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble
- Start the game and you will find all your save files should be gone. If they are still there, you may have missed an earlier step.
- Make a save on the first scene.
- Close the game
- Right-click on the gamename in the Steam library, Choose Properties
- Turn-on ‘Keep game saves in the Steam Cloud for Sankaku Renai: Love Triangle Trouble
- Start the game
- When prompted with a ‘Cloud Confict’ error, choose ‘Local Save’
Route Order and Structure
There is no recommended route order. As mentioned, the routes branch from the common route. You can continue along the Sisters Route with Nanaru, Suzu, and Akane or the Love Route with Maho, Shiina, and Cara.
Some of the options do not affect which route you continue on but are included in the guide to make it easier to follow.
