Café Stella and the Reaper’s Butterflies – Walkthrough & Guide

Café Stella and the Reaper’s Butterflies offers a common route and five heroine routes. One side route is locked. In addition, there is a normal and bad end.

This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, how to unlock Steam achievements, and explain the situation regarding the adult patch.

18+ Content

If you have purchased the Steam version of Café Stella and the Reaper’s Butterflies, you can download the free 18+ DLC via NekoNyan website. 

Download the patch, open the .7z archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract adult.xp3 and CafeStella_Steam_R18DLC.exe into the CafeStella install folder.

Alternatively, you can buy the uncensored version of Café Stella and the Reaper’s Butterflies on websites such as JAST USA.

After completing routes, additional content will become available by choosing ‘After’ on the title menu.

Steam Achievements

There are achievements for all routes if playing the Steam version of Café Stella and the Reaper’s Butterflies. Unlocking them all just requires clearing all of the heroine routes.

Route Order

To unlock Suzune’s route, you first need to complete any other heroine route first. Beyond that, there is no strictly recommended order, but I would suggest Kanna’s route as your final route.

Kanna Akizuki

• Part with the memories

• Practice with Kanna
• Practice cooking as usual

• Go back with Suzune-san

Nozomi Sumizome

• Part with the memories
• Accept the job offer

Natsume Shiki

• Practice with Mei
• Take a short break first

• Accept the job offer
• The black tea
• Practice with Mei
• Check on the dining floor
• Take my break now
• Go back with Suzune-san

Suzune Shioyama
