Making*Lovers: First Blush (also known as HajiLove -Making * Lovers-) by SMEE includes a common route, which leads to a total of four heroine routes. This guide will inform you of the choices to access the various routes in this visual novel and explain the situation regarding the R18 patch.
Adult Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Making*Lovers: First Blush, you can download the 18+ DLC via the NekoNyan patches website.
Install the adult patch, download the patch files, and extract them all into the same folder. Then, run Making Lovers First Blush EN Patch v1.00.exe (or the most up-to-date version) and follow the on-screen process.
Choices in H-scenes unlock all variants in the CG Gallery regardless.

Nude Sprites/Translucent Clothing
If you are playing the adult/patched version, you can repeatedly press F11 to increase clothing translucency until the character appears to be completely nude in scenes where they are wearing clothes. If you wish to revert these changes, simply press F12 to return the outfit to its original opaque appearance.
This does not work at certain points of the visual novel or on CGs. It only works for the heroine sprites.
Choosing Date Locations
In each route of Making*Lovers: First Blush, you’ll be asked to choose locations for a date. You can ask the character their opinion beforehand in some cases when prompted with a choice. You may also get a choice within the date.
You can save and load to view all of these dates if you wish. Your choices related to date location and dialogue only affects the scene viewed. Some scenes are longer than others, but they are all very short, so feel free to choose whichever date location and dialogue choice you prefer.
Route Order and Structure
Making*Lovers: First Blush allows you to select a heroine from a menu directly after completing the common route. I would suggest saving at this point. Alternatively, you can choose ‘New Game’ and ‘Start at Confession’ on subsequent playthroughs to restart shortly before this point.
The route order is not locked. However, I would suggest that the Hatsuho route is the most natural route to finish on, with no particular order for the other three heroines.
