Dracu-Riot! includes a common route, which leads to a total of four normal heroine routes, one sub-heroine route, and a normal end. This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes in this visual novel, and explain the situation regarding the patch.
Please note: The identity of the sub-heroine is technically a spoiler only revealed during her route, though it is a rather obvious secret. Due to the nature of the guide, we will list how to access the route. If you wish to avoid finding out, please do not proceed below Elina’s walkthrough in this guide and avoid using the Flowchart feature in-game.
Adult Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Dracu-Riot!, you can download the 18+ DLC via NekoNyan Patches Website.
To install the adult patch, download the patch files and extract them. You can either use dracuriot_Steam_R18DLC.exe to install the files or manually move the .xp3 files to the install folder.
You can confirm whether it is installed properly by going to Settings, then the General 1 submenu. Options around ‘H-Scene Choice’ will be present if installed correctly. The opening movie, which plays shortly into the visual novel, will also have an uncensored bath scene.
H-scenes have choices in Dracu-Riot!, which affect the CG variations and the text shown within the scene. It’s recommended to use quick-saving and quick-loading if you wish to unlock all variants and see all ways the scene can play out.
After you complete a heroine’s route, you can view their After Story by selecting it on the main menu. Miu and Asuza have choices at the very start which briefly revisit H-scenes from the main story and have an effect on the variations shown in the After Story H-scene.
Sprite Mode
You can unlock the sprite mode by completing all routes. This can be found in the Extra menu as a submenu tab.
Steam Achievements
If you are playing the Steam version, you can unlock all Steam Achievements by completing all routes and endings. This includes completing the normal end.
Route Order and Structure
Dracu-Riot! will lead you to the route where you’ve made the most correct choices and isn’t as strict as some systems. The walkthroughs below take you through an ideal path which chooses all of the correct choices for a heroine and ensures that you see all optional dialogue.
The route order is not locked, except for the hidden sub-heroine. However, we recommend one of the following orders:
Prioritizing Finishing on the ‘Main Heroine’ and the ‘Big Finish’
Elina > Sub-Heroine > Rio > Azusa > Miu
Prioritizing Leaving Bigger Plot Reveals Until the End
Elina > Sub-Heroine > Miu > Rio > Azusa
Miu Yarai Route
Choose:
- Go with Miu
- It’s all about the shape
- Maybe not
- No choice, so just do it
- Do it
- Offer to apply sunscreen for her
Azusa Mera Route
Choose:
- Go with Mera
- Bigger doesn’t mean better
- Maybe not
- I can’t possibly do that
- Find some other way
- Have Mera help out
Rio Inamura Route
Choose:
- Go with Miu
- Go big or go home
- Ask Inamura-san out as thanks
- I can’t possibly do that

Elina Olegovna Oven Route
Choose:
- Go with Miu
- Girls aren’t just about their breasts

First, complete at least one other heroine route.
