Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Sana Edition- includes a common route and one heroine route.

Adult Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Sana Edition-, you can download the free 18+ DLC on Johren or Patch.moe
Alternatively, you can buy the full version of the Sana Edition on websites that support adult content. This includes all of the content without any requirement for patches.
Please note that using this patch is required to access the common route if playing the Steam version. This guide assumes you have the patch installed or an adult version.
Steam Achievements
As is common for Shiravune titles, Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Sana Edition- does not include Steam Achievements.
After Story
Complete the main story to unlock the After Story. This can be accessed from the title menu.
Missing CGs
Some CGs are only found in the common route. If you skip this via the option at the end of the prologue, the CGs will not be unlocked. There are also several in the After Story.
Routes and Structure
Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Sana Edition– has a common route with four choices. At the end of this common route, you will start the Sana route. The beginning of this route shares the same content as the Miu route from Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Love is Pure White-. I recommend that the Miu route is read before -Sana Edition-.
Sana Inui Route
After the prologue, you can choose to skip the section shared with -Love is Pure White-.
If you do not skip this, the choices do not matter.
Airi Sena, Sakuno Uryu, Ange (Angelina) Nanatsu Seawell, Miu Amaha Routes
While these characters frequently appear in the Sana Edition, their routes are not accessible. You can only play these in the main visual novel, Mashiroiro Symphony HD -Love is Pure White- which we also have a walkthrough/guide for.
