Gaming News:
As crazy as it might seem, Yoko Taro’s brand new series, Voice of Cards, is getting a third installment less than a year from the first game! Titled Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burden, it uses the now familiar visual and gameplay mechanic of using cards to tell its story and engage in combat. Included in the package are character designs from Kimihiko Fujisaka and a soundtrack directed by Keiishi Okabe.
Voice of Cards: The Beasts of Burden releases for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on September 13th.

Those of you anticipating the title inspired by SEGA’s Jet Set Radio may have to wait a little longer. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk was announced back in 2020 as a love letter to SEGA’s Dreamcast classic, and even has the composer from the Jet Set Radio‘s iconic soundtrack, Hideki Naganuma involved in the project. The game was planned for release this year, but Team Reptile has decided to push the release back to Summer 2023.
After the huge success of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero in the west, Bandai Namco are riding that momentum by announcing new DLC for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 relating to the film! In a new trailer, it announced that Gamma 2 will join the roster, and even teased Gamma 1 will be joining him too. The new content will be released across two DLC packs, with the first to release this Fall.

As packed with amazing series this Fall anime season has, we got an announcement for an adaptation of a recent series from Shonen Jump! Undead Unluck is getting an anime series produced by David Productions of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure fame and UNLIMITED PRODUCE, which is a subsidiary of the famed studio, TMS. We got our first look with a key visual for the series and a 2023 release window.
On the topic of Shonen Jump, one of their most popular titles is seeing its anime adaptation continue next month! My Hero Academia‘s sixth season has been known about for a while now, but we finally have a full trailer and teases the new opening song: Hitamuki by SUPER BEAVER.

The latest TV series from the Gundam franchise is almost ready to be released to the world after over half a decade! Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury is set for an October 2nd release, and the series got a brand new trailer and key visual just in time for the series premiere. If you want a taste of what you can expect, the Gundam official YouTube channel released a prologue episode of the series that is free to watch.
