Ren’ai 0 Kilometer – Walkthrough & Guide

Ren’ai 0 Kilometer includes a common route with five heroine routes.

This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, and explain the situation regarding the patch.

Adult Content

If you have purchased the Steam version of Ren’ai 0 Kilometer, you can download the 18+ DLC via kawaiinium’s website.

To install the adult patch, download the patch which should be titled data_r18.pcarc and move it to the install folder (for example, C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\恋愛0キロメートル).

When this is successfully installed, you will be able to see “R18” noted in the bottom-left corner of the title screen after the version number.

Route Order and Structure

Ren’ai 0 Kilometer works on a ‘point system’, so you don’t necessarily need to choose the correct choice for a heroine each time if you want a more efficient playthrough using saving and loading. However, the walkthroughs below do use the correct choices, as some of their scenes include context for later scenes or make for a more pleasant heroine-focused playthrough.

While no specific route order is strongly recommended, Misaki and Sakuya are more central to the story than the other heroines. As such, I’d recommend reading Mayo, Nokia, and Hana in any order, then finishing with Misaki, then Sakuya if you wish to finish on what feels more like a final route.

Mayo Kinomoto Route

Choose:

• Go ask Mayo directly
• Hana is closest to Mayo-nee. Maybe she’ll help?
• Search the route downtown
• I’m often surprised by Mayo-nee
• Needing to use the restroom
• My refined elder sister who’s standing before me

Sakuya Kinomoto Route

Choose:

• Ask Misaki about it
• Sakuya is similar. Maybe she has some tips?
• Search the route around the daycare center
• Actually, I think you have it toughest, Misaki
• Feeling hungry. I wanna eat before we go home.
• My childhood friend fussing with her ponytail

Misaki Kinomoto Route

Choose:

• Ask Misaki about it
• Sakuya is similar. Maybe she has some tips?
• Search the route by the riverbank
• Actually, I think you have it toughest, Misaki
• Needing to use the restroom
• My sister who’s always worried about everyone else

Nokia Kinomoto Route

Choose:

• Ask Misaki about it
• Nokia is closest in age. Maybe she’ll have ideas?
• Search the route downtown
• Hana and Nokia are giving me a hard time…
• Concerned everyone is worried. We should go home.
• My wild younger sister who’s making the most noise

Hana Kinomoto Route

Choose:

• Ask Hana about it
• Hana is closest to Mayo-nee. Maybe she’ll help?
• Search the route around the daycare center
• Hana and Nokia are giving me a hard time…
• Needing to use the restroom
• My youngest sister who’s looking a bit tired
