Visual Novel News:
Visual Arts have announced the release of Holy Undead ~Himote de Bocchi no Shirei Jutsushi ga, Seijo ni Tensei Shite Otomodachi o Fuyashimasu~, which at this time does not have an official English title. It will be launching on December 20th, 2024. With that said, while it has been announced to be launching in Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and English, it has not explicitly stated that this date will be for a multi-language release or whether this will be the date for a digital release as only retail stores are listed on the website at this time.
It describes itself as a slapstick comedy about a girl reborn as a saint with extraordinary powers and an unusual penchant for the undead. The scenario originates from a contest run by Visual Arts.

Gaming News:
The next big expansion to Super Nintendo World at Universal Studios Japan got a big showcase by Super Mario creator, Shigeru Miyamoto! It all took place in a Nintendo Direct showcase of what fans can expect when visiting this new land: Donkey Kong Country! The Donkey Kong Country expansion will be opening on December 11th, with confirmation that the land will also be coming to Universal Epic Universe in Florida when it opens on May 22nd, 2025.

It was previously announced that Shift Up’s Stellar Blade will be getting a collaboration with NieR: Automata and we finally have more details! This update will not only include a photo mode, but 11 collaboration items that makes your character look like 2B and A2. Alongside this new update, we also got the announcement that a PC version of Stellar Blade is in development and aiming for a 2025 release date.

Monster Hunter is getting a new game on a platform you might not be expecting! Monster Hunter Outlanders was recently announced as an iOS and Android exclusive, but even with it being a mobile game, it will still include the well-known open-world hunting gameplay fans are very familiar with.

Anime News:
One of the most popular manga stories currently being published in Shonen Jump got a new update on its anime adaptation! Based on the original manga by Yuto Suzuki, Sakamoto Days tells the story of a retired assassin named Sakamoto and how he runs a store with his new family. His past eventually catches up with him and he now has a choice to return to the criminal underworld. TMS is handling the anime adaptation and we now have a full premiere date for the first episode.
Sakamoto Days is set to premiere on January 11th, 2025.
