Visual Novel News:
Kimi ga Nozomu Eien: Enhanced Edition now released on Steam, after multiple delays.
This is an all-ages version of Kimi ga Nozomu Eien and notably does not just remove the adult scenes, but also the entire Hotaru route. The Hotaru is only available in a DRM-free version distributed to the backers, but it does not include English for that route.
Experience the visual novel that shook a generation. “Kimi ga Nozomu Eien” (The Eternity You Desire) comes to Steam in an enhanced edition, offering a poignant journey through love, loss, and the complexities of human relationships.
TalesShop has revealed more information about their upcoming title, which currently has the working title of Sani Ewe’s Laboratory. This new Korean visual novel from the Working Dog (writer of Her World and Lament of a Lifeless Star) will be fully voiced in Korean (voice actresses yet to be announced), has 3 main routes and 18 sub routes for other characters, and has artwork by pokan. It’s been described as a relationship simulation game, but details on any potential management/relationship elements have not yet been made public.
The Korean release is due in Q4 2024, while the English release is due “soon after”.
