Visual Novel News:
Aniplex.exe has updated their website to state that Tanetsumi no Uta will release in Winter 2024. It has been revealed that it’s English title is Seedsow Lullaby and a Steam page with more information has been released.
The visual novel is being directed by Yow, who worked on titles such as If My Heart Had Wings, Ryuusei World Actor, and the Doukyuusei remake.

IzanagiGames has announced the release of Tokyo Chronos and Altdeus: Beyond Chronos as a twin pack on the Nintendo Switch. It will launch on the 31st July 2024. The twin back includes both games and the ALTDEUS: Beyond Chronos EXTRA EPISODE. Demos are available for both titles.

VNka has announced the upcoming release of Melty Amethyst in Q4 2024 on Steam. It’s a fully voiced otome visual novel with 2 unique endings and 4 CGs. Speaking with the publisher, they’ve informed us that it’s approximately 40 minutes long.
The main heroine went to Tokyo because she admired her older sister, who worked here as a model. She spends her days working part-time at a convenience store. She likes working with her fellow friends though, something is missing from her life… One day, a new friend rushes into her life.
Gaming News:
Nintendo recently teased a brand-new title that nobody could have predicted! Titled Emio, the teaser was a short video of a man with a bag on his head with a smile drawn on it. The trailer then asks a simple question: Who is Emio? No information about what this project is has been revealed, but it has a heavy horror vibe, leading some to speculate that this could be a horror game being developed by Nintendo.
Fans of Tekken have been waiting patiently for the release date for the second DLC character coming to Tekken 8. It took a while, but we finally have a full release date for when Lidia Sobieska will join the roster! Those with early access will gain access to her on July 22nd, with the official release taking place on July 25th.

We’re seeing the return of a classic arcade beat-’em-up next year! Double Dragon Revive brings back the legendary franchise into 3D, while still retaining the original’s 2D gameplay structure. The game is being published by Arc System Works and development is being handled by Yuke.
Double Dragon Revive launches for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC in 2025.

One Piece is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the anime in style with the return of One Piece Day! Much like last year, we can expect many exciting announcements for the franchise’s future, including information on The One Piece anime remake from WIT Studio.
One Piece Day will be streamed from August 9th to August 11th.
To celebrate the seventh anniversary of Reiji Miyajima’s Rent-A-Girlfriend, we got confirmation that a fourth anime season is currently in production! The announcement was made via a short video and a celebratory image drawn by Reiji Miyajima.
Rent-A-Girlfriend season four will premiere in 2025.
