Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me has a route system with some complexity. While some routes are accessible by choosing obvious choices, others are more difficult. This is added to by nested choices and choices that may only appear based on earlier choices.
This guide will tell you which choices to make to unlock all six routes, the bonus scenarios, and all CGs.
There are no Steam achievements for Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me, as it is only available from MangaGamer. 18+ content is included by default, so no patches are required.

Route Order
All routes can be accessed from the start and many routes share scenes even after the heroine has been selected. There is no recommended route order.
Hisako H-Scene
One 18+ scene for Hisako is included in the common route by default. If you follow this guide and choose ‘Tell her what I think’ in at least one of your playthroughs, you will see another. Hisako does not have a route.
Skipping Chapter One and Other Text
After the first completion, you may skip chapter one. Choices for this will be included in this guide, but if skipping it then you are free to disregard the first four choices mentioned.
As a general note on skipping by holding Ctrl or otherwise, Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me does not have a ‘Skip Only Read’ feature. Changed scenes or additional scenes are included based on your choices, so if not careful, it is easy to accidentally skip unread text.

Bonus Scenarios
Otoboku: Maidens Are Falling For Me contains four bonus scenarios. One for Hisako, one for Michiko and Kei, one for Kimie, and a somewhat random extra one.
Every time you complete a route, it unlocks one of the first three bonus scenarios. Notably, it doesn’t have to be a route you’ve never done before.
The final bonus scenario is unlocked when completing all routes.
100% CG Completion
After following the above guide, all but a few CGs should be unlocked. If you have completed any routes without following it, some CGs are missible.
The remaining CGs are in the first three bonus scenarios.
