Primal Hearts 2 (also known as PRIMAL×HEARTS2) includes a common route, five routes, and unlockable after story content.
This guide will tell you about the choices to access the various routes, and explain the situation regarding the patch.
Adult Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Primal Hearts 2, you can download the free 18+ DLC via the Patch.Moe website.
Download the patch, open the archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract the files into the install folder.
Alternatively, you can buy the uncensored version of Primal Hearts 2 on websites such as JAST USA.
Please note: Alicetia’s route is missing from the Steam version unless you install the patch and she will not appear on the heroine select screen.
After Story Scenes
After finishing their routes, each heroine has two side stories to select from with two exceptions. Usagi has four and Anna has none. These appear on the title screen.
Alicetia has an interactive touching minigame in one of these scenes where you click her body. When you are finished, you can click the back button to continue as normal.
Routes and Structure
Primal Hearts 2 has a common route with five decision points, then a heroine route select screen. While you can select the heroine, it is possible to miss CGs based on your choices leading up to this. As such, we recommend reading through this guide if you are missing any CGs.
Common Route
For the following choices, you can follow the below common route walkthrough and choose either Gekka or Tendo four times. These will lead to different scenes focusing on that faction, which include different CGs in some cases.
I would recommend that you decide on your heroine and choose her faction four times, then complete her route. Then load Save 01 and choose the other faction four times. You can then load Save 02 to clear the other heroines.
While recommended to read this way, the heroine routes are not locked to these choices. For example, you can choose Gekka four times, then choose a Tendo heroine such as Tateha.
