Download the patch, open the archive file with software such as 7Zip, and extract the various files into the install folder.

You can unlock the H-scenes by following the choices listed in the walkthrough below. Some can be missed.
Routes and Structure
The Restless Sheep & The Lone Wolf -A Tale of Cutthroat Lovers- has a common route with two routes. After completing both of these routes, you can unlock the third route.
Route A
Start the game and choose:
- Believe his words
- Go with her*
- Not take her along*
*= If you do not choose these, H-scenes will be missed
Route B
Start the game and choose:
- Not believe his words
Route C
Complete Route A & Route B, then choose Pursue a Different Ending’ from the title screen:
Route C: Ending 1
- Aim for the head
Route C: Ending 2
- Aim for the heart
Route C: Ending 3
- Don’t shoot
