Clover Day’s Plus takes you through a common route with several choice points. This guide will tell you which choices to make to access the four routes, and explains the situation regarding the adult patch.

18+ Content
If you have purchased the Steam version of Clover Day’s Plus, you can download the free 18+ DLC via the NekoNyan website.
Download the patch, extract it, and run the install.exe. If this does not work, then instead go to your Clover Day’s Plus install folder and copy the contents of the ‘archives’ folder in the 18+ download into the Clover Days\Clover Days Plus_Data\StreamingAssets subfolder. Unlike most patches, it does not go into the top-level folder. It should look like the above folder. If installed correctly, the title page will say (R18) after the version, instead of (Steam).
If you wish to install the optional loseless voice patch, the three files from that (config.json, voice.dat, and voice2.dat) go into the same folder to overwrite the existing ones.
If you’re having issues downloading the patch, then NekoNyan stated in a tweet “We’ve also largely identified the issue people have with downloading patches from our site as ISP level DNS blocking the domain/CDN. If you get errors trying to download, try changing your DNS on your computer or router to Google DNS (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare (1.1.1.1)”.
Of course, you can instead buy the full version from stores that support adult content and will then not need to install a patch to access the 18+ content.
Extra 18+ Scenes / Missing CGs
After completing routes, if you click ‘Game Start’, you’ll find a menu with extra H scenes for each character.
Character Viewer
Complete all routes to unlock the character viewer.
Steam Achievements
If you are playing this on Steam, all achievements are unlocked via completing the common route and all heroine routes.
Route Order
There is no strong suggestion regarding the route order, but I would recommend the following if you are having trouble deciding:
Hekiru/Hikaru > Izumi > Tsubame > Anri > Anzu
Hekiru/Hikaru are not strongly connected to other routes, but Izumi/Tsubame and Anri/Anzu are connected to each other to a degree. I’ve suggested Anzu last as it drops some important plot-related background information, so feels like the ‘true route’ in a way.

Unfortunately, there is no Mizuho route. Instead, you can find a scene with her in Izumi’s Extra H-scene, which can be accessed as described above.
