SaDistic BlooD by Black Cyc includes a common route and multiple endings, including a true ending. This guide will inform you of the choices to access the various endings in this visual novel and explain the situation regarding the adult content.

Adult Content

SaDistic BlooD is only available as an adult title. As such, there is no all-ages version or R18 patch, only the full version available in stores such as JAST USA.

Route Order and Structure

SaDistic BlooD takes you through 13 endings. The game plays out much like a classic choose-your-own-adventure book rather than the standard of a common route that branches into character routes, so this guide orders walkthroughs in general clusters based on categories.

There are two main types of endings in SaDistic BlooD: Escape Ends and Dead Ends. There is also a True Escape End, which you can find at the bottom of this guide. None of the endings are locked behind completing other endings.

Using a walkthrough to collect all of the endings is advised, as there are enough endings and variations of choices to keep you trying for hours, as this guide writer did. Multiple paths can lead to most of the endings, but you will need to follow the exact steps in the walkthrough to reach the True End. Following all of the walkthroughs below will give you 100% scene and CG completion of SaDistic BlooD.
